Client Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

Serves as both the leader of the DOI team and is the primary contact between Duluth Travel Inc., and agents. This position assists the Director of Project Management for DOI and assists in strategic leadership.

Essential Job Functions:

• Coordinate travel for clients by being logged into the phone tree and working client dedicated email boxes.
• Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis on account specifics and data pertaining to customers, and reports.
• Providing Sabre and other training when required for Government and Non-Government travel consultants.
• Back-up to the Client Delivery Director and Shift Leader for Contact Center monitoring
• Back-up to the Client Delivery Director and Shift Leader for managing after-hours coverage.
• The Client Deliver Manager may also be assigned other duties as Duluth designates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7 years GDS experience
• Travel Agency booking expertise
• Government travel-booking expertise
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office products

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as travel rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Thorough knowledge of the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR), ADS, and Open Skies policy. Fly America and GSA regulations are also a requirement
• Knowledge of Government per diems
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Practice constant communication about account specifics, changes, and schedule updates/changes and requirements while on duty. Making sure that when changing individuals shifts, ALL parties are aware of what their requirements are when accepting the shifts.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow- up. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines, ensure quality and maintain flexibility.
• Knowledge of Approved TA’s (Travel Authorizations) and Vouchers
