This Privacy Policy describes how Duluth Travel collects, uses, protects and discloses personal information.
What Information We Collect
Duluth Travel collects personal information only when necessary to fulfill operational obligations and is authorized by the individual and/or the contracting authority. “Personal Data” includes any information relating to the traveler that is entered or given by or on behalf of the traveler. - Expense and travel related data, including expense information, travel itineraries
- Information to support travel needs, including account, reward and/or loyalty number for airlines, car rentals and/or hotels
Through its Web site, Duluth Travel only collects contact information — such as your name, address, phone number, email address, etc. — if you choose to provide it during your visit. This sort of personal information is gathered — only at your choosing — when you request to receive updates about campaign news, issues, and events, or correspond with us through our site.
You may decline to provide information to Duluth Travel via our Web site by declining to complete any form on our Web site. If you do, you may be unable to use some features of our Web site. - Processing and finalizing transactions related to Travel Requests such as booking travel, including air, car and hotel
- Providing customer service and support by providing the traveler with transactional communications, including booking confirmations and updates
- Billing, reporting and Duty of Care
- Responding to communications sent from the web site
Sharing of Personal Data
Your personal information also may be disclosed to outside vendors and consultants in order to allow them to provide their ordinary services to Duluth Travel, including transactions, customer support, or analytics. Duluth Travel does not sell or rent your Personal Data to third parties for marketing purposes unless you have granted us permission to do so.
Duluth Travel may also disclose information provided to us through our the normal course of our business operations or from our Web site if required to do so by law or by an order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Duluth Travel recognizes the importance of security for all personally identifiable information collected through our normal course of business and through our Web site.
