Hotel Venue Sourcing

Our hotel program includes over 40,000 hotels from 3 to 5-star properties. The hotel brands we utilize in our program are Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Carlson Rezidor, IHG and any specific brands requested by our customer.
In 2018, Duluth Travel booked approximately 800,000 room nights.

We will negotiate directly with specific properties and hotel chains to offer even greater discounted rates. We offer a robust platform to source hotels and provide any customer updates throughout the RFP process.

National Deployment Lodging

It is an existing program that Duluth Travel manages for numerous deployments to all locations throughout the United States for corporate and government employees.

Our program also provides lodging for up to 400 employees nationwide. We manage all types of lodging deployments to include support to national conventions, sporting events or emergencies/natural disasters.
