over all Duluth Travel have been Booking all our trips for the past ten or more years and we have been satisfied. If any concern do arise, they immediately address and resolve the matter. If I had to make a recommendation, it would refer to billing; when all confirmations of transfers, flights and tours are made; an itemize listing of all confirmations and cost are sent out to the client/customer. I would recommend Duluth Travel for your next trip. The only problem I had was that my agent went on vacation and no one forwarded my final papers including tickets until I called requesting location. I was offered to pick them up or have them mailed to me, I didn't know and wasn't told that it was Federal Express and at least 4 additional days before delivery. Good for me that this was not my first trip with this tour group. I am somewhat disappointed since last trip planning was a breeze.

This trip was so well planned. Adrienne at Duluth Travel made this cruise and land tour one we will always remember. We traveled smoothly, efficiently,and joyfully with her knowledge and planning. We will use Duluth Travel again for vacations.

We got off to a rocky start as we were dropped off several miles from our destination with all of our luggage. It took quite an effort to retrieve another shuttle and get to where we needed to be. Once we were settled in, all things considered the vacation was quite nice.
